March 11, 2011 Earthquake & Tsunami Relief
In response to the devastation caused by the earthquake and tsunami that hit North Eastern Japan on March 11, Tenrikyo Mission Headquarters in America has set up a Disaster Relief Fund. The funds will be used to directly donate funds, goods, and to support rescue activities for those impacted by this disaster.
If you wish to send a donation to this fund, checks should be made payable to:
"Tenrikyo LA Fujinkai"
Please add "Japan Disaster Relief" to your check.

*Please note that previously, checks were to be written out to the Mission Headquarters, but as of March 20, the LA Fujinkai will be taking care of the donations until the end of the year.

The headquarters web sites should have the tsunami relief fund information posted on them . The north america headquarters web site at Tenrikyo .com does not even have a link to email them. Since this is year 2011. they could set up a webpage for the tsunami relief and place a Link from their site and collect donation under a PAY PAL so people could donated easily via the internet. and the link could it could be twittered or facebooked
